Rosh Chodesh (Hebrew: ראש חודש; trans. Beginning of the Thorah Biblical Month; lit. (Head of the Month) is the name for the first day of every month in the Ghabaray (Hebrew) calendar.
" And it shall be that from New Moon ( New Month ) to New Moon ( New Month ), and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before Me, declares YAH'OH.

After the Festival of Matzos is over then the following applies:
From the 22nd of the first month until the 26th of the first month NO BREAD or KERNELS are to be eaten.
You shall not eat bread or roasted kernels or plump kernels until this very day, until you bring the offering of your Ala-aym; it is an eternal decree for your generations in all your dwelling places. (Lev 23:14)
